Privacy policy and text message terms

Jujube LLC ("Jujube", "we") provides an AI phone receptionist for heating, cooling and plumbing companies (our "clients"). This page explains what we collect when you call one of our clients, how we use it, and how our text messages work.
What we collect
When you call a business that uses Jujube, we collect what you share on the call, such as your name, phone number, service address and a description of the problem, along with a recording and transcript of the call. If you agree to receive a text, we also keep a record of that consent.
How we use it
- To schedule your appointment and pass your message to the business you called.
- To send the text messages described below.
- To review calls and improve how the receptionist works for that business.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the business you called and with the service providers we need to run Jujube, such as phone, text messaging, hosting and calendar providers. We do not sell your information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Text message terms
- Callers: during your call, the receptionist asks whether it may text you a confirmation. We only text you if you say yes. These messages are about your appointment.
- Business owners and staff: our clients receive text alerts about new appointments, messages and emergencies from their own business line, at the numbers they give us when they sign up.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email contact@jujubehq.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How long we keep it
We keep call information only as long as the business you called needs it to serve you, or as required by law. Ask us and we will delete your information unless we are required to keep it.
